This workshop is ideal for those engaged in ongoing supervision and/or personal therapy as part of their practice.A reflective workshop for counsellors and second year trainees.
Bracknell Open Learning Centre | 3 hours | Max 16 participants
This workshop offers a spacious, reflective opportunity to explore self-kindness, emotional resilience, and the relationship we hold with ourselves - often called "the first relationship."
Drawing from the work of Kristen Neff (Self-Compassion), Petrūska Clarkson's Five Relationship Model, and Adlerian ideas of self-belief and relational meaning, this session invites attendees to slow down, connect inwardly, and engage with self-compassion as a courageous act.
It is not therapy, nor clinical training, but a personal development space designed for qualified or in-training counselling professionals seeking to nurture their own emotional insight and reflective practice.
