The Creative Reset | Creativity & Wellbeing Week
A two-hour creative wellbeing workshop to reset your mind, reconnect with yourself and set a meaningful intention — no experience needed.
Feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed or a little disconnected from yourself? The Creative Reset is a two-hour workshop designed to help you breathe out, tap into your creativity and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more like you.
This is not an art class. You do not need to be creative. You just need to show up.
As part of Creativity & Wellbeing Week (18–24 May 2026), YanaRai CIC is hosting three sessions of The Creative Reset at IKEA Wembley — a warm, welcoming space with a genuinely lovely atmosphere.
What happens in the session?
The Creative Reset combines four simple elements:
— Guided reflection: a gentle prompt to help you arrive, settle and tune in to how you are actually feeling right now.
— A creative burst: you choose your activity — writing freely, drawing without rules, or mind-mapping whatever is on your mind. No judgement, no wrong answers.
— Community sharing: an optional moment to share what came up — or simply to listen. Connection is part of the medicine.
— Intention setting: you leave with one clear, personal intention for the week ahead. Something that is yours.
What to bring
Just yourself. Everything you need is provided.
Who is this for?
Anyone who feels like they could use a creative exhale. Whether you are navigating a busy season, feeling a bit flat, or simply curious about what happens when you make space for yourself — this session is for you.
About YanaRai CIC
YanaRai is a London based non-profit organisation, dedicated to making holistic wellbeing accessible to everyone — through creativity, mindfulness and community. We are not clinical. We are not corporate. We are just people who believe that joy is a legitimate mental health strategy.
Spaces are limited, so book early to avoid missing out.
