Join intuitive artist and creative wellbeing facilitator Carmela Ruggiero of Ruggiero Studios, in collaboration with Startup Bromley, for The Creative Reset an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday business life and reconnect with your creativity.

Through gentle, accessible creative exercises, guided reflection and the freedom to explore colour, lines and patterns, you'll be invited to slow down, quieten the noise and discover what emerges when you give yourself space to create.

This isn't about being good at art, producing a perfect picture or learning complicated techniques. It's about enjoying the process, allowing yourself to experiment and discovering how creativity can support your wellbeing, perspective and approach to everyday challenges.

Who is this workshop for?

The Creative Reset is for entrepreneurs, small business owners, freelancers and professionals who spend much of their time thinking, planning and doing and would welcome an opportunity to slow down and recharge.

No artistic experience is needed. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to try something different.
