Description

Large 1899 house by Brighton architect Samuel Denman for John Every, owner of the Phoenix iron foundry in Lewes. Elaborate garden front with two-storey verandah, main rooms with stained glass, fireplaces and other original features. Tour of ground floor rooms, also Grade II listed motor-house (garage) dating from 1905. The house is off the High Street near St Anne's church. WE ARE SORRY THIS OPENING IS NOW FULLY BOOKED.
