The Deep Rest Sound Immersion

The Deep Rest Sound Immersion

The Manor Heath & Wellness CentreColchester, Essex
Friday, Feb 20 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm GMT
Overview

A luxury sound immersion with air bed comfort, blankets, and sound designed for deep rest and restoration.

The Deep Rest Sound Immersion is a deeply restorative sound healing experience designed for comfort, safety, and true nervous system regulation.

Unlike traditional soundbaths held on yoga mats, this session invites you to rest on a luxury air bed — softly cradled, fully supported, and warmly held. You’ll be wrapped in blankets, supported by pillows, and offered a lavender eye mask to help the mind soften and the body feel safe enough to let go.

This level of physical comfort allows the nervous system to settle, creating the conditions for deeper rest and restoration. As the body relaxes, sound becomes more accessible — gently guiding you into a state of calm, spacious awareness without effort or expectation.

Throughout the session, you’ll be supported by a carefully curated sound journey using therapeutic instruments designed to soothe the body, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest.

This experience is ideal if you:

  • Struggle to get comfortable lying on the floor
  • Tend to feel cold or restless during soundbaths
  • Are seeking gentle, nervous-system-led rest
  • Want to feel truly held while you relax

No prior experience is needed — just come as you are and allow yourself to be supported.

This is not about “doing” anything.
It is about being held, resting deeply, and allowing the body’s natural healing processes to unfold.
