<p>Hosted by Steve Hammond and Shane Traynor in partnership with White Box Property Solutions, The Developers Network Birmingham aims to be Birmingham’s leading educational and networking event for property developers.</p><p>Our monthly events typically on a Tuesday are designed to deliver education, knowledge, advice, and support whilst providing unbeatable networking opportunities.</p><p>Whether you are new to property development and want to learn more, or you are a seasoned developer that wishes to expand their knowledge and grow their network then this is the event for you.</p><p><br></p><p><em><strong><strong>INSPIRING, CONNECTING &amp; EDUCATING.</strong></strong></em></p><p>●</p><h2>YOUR HOSTS</h2><h3>Steve Hammond</h3><p>Landlord, construction company owner and serial property entrepreneur, Steve Hammond has a 20 year track record of completing high-quality new build, conversion, extension and refurbishment projects. Founder of CPS and the New Home Company, Steve has a detailed understanding of the build process from start to finish. With a focus on best practice, a passion for quality and an enthusiasm for business, Steve aims to build a highly profitable development company with an annual turnover of £5 million by 2025.</p><p><br></p><h3>Shane Traynor</h3><p>Land solution specialist, diversified investor, serial networker and talk show host, Shane Traynor has a wide variety of experience. Previous to his current role within the design-led architectural practice Co-Arch he was responsible for finding and acquiring new developments &amp; property acquisitions for New Home Company, whilst managing its existing portfolio. Having worked on multi-million dollar construction projects in Australia and New Zealand, Shane followed his passion into full-time property development upon his return to the UK.</p>
