Hosted by Judy Friend and Jeanie Honey, 10 am – 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday (GMT) at the Psychosynthesis Trust. <h4>Workshop Purpose</h4>The Enneagram is a model of three intelligence centres, the Head, the Heart and the Body, and nine interconnecting personality types. We will be exploring each of these nine types and what the motivations are behind our behaviours, often driven by survival patterns formed early in our lives.In our two-day workshop, unlock your potential and transform your relationships using the Enneagram. Explore the power of this ancient psycho-spiritual tool and discover how it offers profound wisdom tailored to your unique personality type. Whether you seek personal growth, improved communication skills, or insights into team building, this workshop is designed to support your journey toward greater self-awareness. The Enneagram helps us to see our blind spots, or unconscious automatic habits. This knowledge gives us more choice to respond in different ways and to grow into more of our true essence.During the workshop, expect a dynamic and engaging learning experience. You'll explore how your type influences your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and learn practical strategies for personal growth and transformation. About Judy FriendI am an experienced spiritual director with nearly 20 years of practice, and a counsellor with 4 years of experience with my own private practice. As a graduate of the Psychosynthesis Trust in London, I love to integrate spiritual principles and psychological techniques to support clients on their personal and spiritual journeys.My fascination with the Enneagram began 15 years ago and I have been exploring it ever since. Following a year’s training in how to teach the Enneagram I am now immersed in the Personal Mastery Programme training at the renowned CP Enneagram Academy.I am passionate about the transformative potential of the Enneagram, and I enjoy sharing insights with others through workshops, retreats, and one-on-one sessions.
