Each month we’ll invite people from tech-focused organisations doing amazing things, to share their experiences and compare notes on finding and hiring great engineers.
The focus of this event is code tests. What's the most effective way to review code? Do blind reviews effectively reduce bias? How do we create a test which is insightful yet considerate of a candidates time? Once tests are complete - what comes next?
