The ExIST STEAMM Show

The Exeter Initiative for Science and Technology (EXIST) is a sub-group ofExeter Chamber of Commerceand is a STEMM focussed group showcasing the innovative areas of expertise that we have in Exeter and the wider region. The Initiative was founded in June 2011 by a group of business leaders in Exeter and the surrounding area.The group aims to optimise interaction between science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine (STEMM) businesses trading in the area, to increase awareness of Exeter as a centre of science and technology, to build relationships between education at all levels and business and to encourage investment in the STEMM industries in the region.

An exciting exhibition with expert speakers and innovators, come and explore what happens when we combine Art, Science and Technology.

Exeter School of Art

The ExIST STEAMM Show is an interactive exhibition of commercial, research and creative projects from the region which combine arts, sciences and technology.
The event will also feature thought-provoking short talks from a range of speakers about the importance of combining different disciplines and the value of creative industries to the region.
Experience cutting edge projects from artists and institutions from across the region, including Kaleider, the South West Creative Technology Network, FabLab Devon, Plymouth College of Art and University of Plymouth's i-DAT research lab.
Join us for an evening exploring how the creative arts and STEMM skills can be combined to support many different sectors.
Festive refreshments will be provided.
