As Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais put it blently 'If you don’t know what you are doing, you can’t do what you want!'. Doing what you want, in more simple terms, means having choices. Our ability to chose is what define Human beings!We want to be able to move without the parasitic “rubbish”; the compulsive habits that don’t serve us anymore, In-fact they cripple us, making us feel old and senile. Exacuting just the movement without "rubbish", means elegance, no effort, eliminating all that is unnecessary for that action, where just the thought realises the action.While doing this classes more and more, you will be able to learn and refine the process of (HOW) to mobilise your entire self for action, while leaving nothing behind!
