The Fiduciary's Guide to Remedial Actions for Impaired Trusts and Trust Relationships: When a trust and underlying company structure faces problems – identifying and rectifying common issues.

Gilly Kennedy-Smith (Private Client Partner), Sandra Duerden (Dispute Resolution Partner) and Helen Wyatt (Corporate and Regulatory Partner) of Mourant, will run through a detailed case study discussing issues commonly seen in trusts and corporate structures, discussing options and resolutions for you to consider if you face similar issues with your client structures.

A polite reminder that if you are hard of hearing please sit in the front five rows for the best auditory experience.

The lecture will start 12pm sharp and last for approximately 50 minutes with 10 minutes for questions.

Tickets are transferable to another STEP member or colleague on the day but they are non-refundable unless 48 hours notice is given.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we are able to take names at registration so you don't have to bring your ticket.

Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, tickets are transferable to a colleague if you find yourself unable to attend.
