What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 7:00pm, so you can arrive any time from then. This will give you time to get yourself checked in, find a good spot, and get yourself any refreshments before the first act begins.

How do you cater to those with accessibility requirements?

We have an accessible entrance to the building, a lift, and an accessible toilet. We can also reserve parking spaces in our car park, and are happy to discuss any additional requirements that we may be able to assist with. Please get in touch at events@nexus-ica.co.uk to discuss arrangements.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

To minimise disruption for our neighbours, please refrain from parking along the side roads around Nexus ICA. Instead use one of the several local car parks only a short walk from us. (Earlsdon Car Park on Butts Road, Warwick Court Public Car park, Coventry Train Station or Coventry Skydome).
