The Fire Protection Association

With over 200 delegates at the 2016 event, the Fire Sector Summit is now established as the leading industry forum for key decision makers and influencers from across the fire sector.
Featuring a high calibre of speakers from across the industry and influential stakeholders, this year’s event once again will attract a huge variety of industry personnel who wished to be informed about, or influence and implement, fire policy and procure fire safety products, services or equipment.

FAQs
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The venue is most easily accessed via public transport. Liverpool Street Over/Underground is a seven-minute walk to the venue. Bank Underground is also within a 10 minute walk. Delegates are advised to look for the 'Gherkin' when walking, and the Aviva HQ is immediately to the right of this.
There is no parking onsite: Tower Hill car and coach park is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the venue, and this costs £3 per hour - details are available via the City of London website. Please contact the organisers if you require disabled access information.
How can I contact the organiser with any questions?
The Event Coordinator is Melissa Harrison: her contact details are 01608 812534 and <A HREF="mailto:mharrison@thefpa.co.uk" TARGET="_blank" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">mharrison@thefpa.co.uk</A> – and her usual days of work are Tuesday to Thursday.
What's the refund policy?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket/confirmation to the event?
It is not essential, but it may be beneficial if you have amended the booking, or have booked very close to the date of the event.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes - please email details to the organiser above.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes - please email details of the change to the organiser above.
Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
We would rather welcome the correct person to the event, so please email details of the change to the organiser above, and we will ensure a badge and programme are ready for them when they arrive (subject to a week’s cut-off point prior to the event).
