The Gentle Reset - New Year Intentions - EFT Workshop - 7th January
An EFT workshop to set intentions for the year ahead, define a vision & feel some positive momentum. No experience needed.
Start the new year by setting intentions of the energy you want to embody & call in this year. This session is a gentle, supportive and safe space where you are invited to let go of the past that you doesn't feel so good & call in a new. We will be using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) through the workshop to make lasting shifts in your energy, not just your mind, so that your nervous system can support you through the year ahead. Whatever that may be for you!
Whether you want to be guided through crafting some big goals, let go of the past or simply feel more relaxed & positive about the year ahead this workshop will be there for you.
You’ll be guided through simple, effective EFT tapping techniques (no experience needed!) and together we will:
- Reflect on the previous year - the good, the bad & the neutral
- Explore what you'd like to call in this year - both emotionally & real goals or milestones you'd like to achieve
- Feel inspired for the year ahead
- Re-calibrate to a calm, steady nervous system that is ready for the year ahead
This space has no pressure and no expectations, take as much or as little as you like. My intention is always for you to leave feeling feeling lighter, calmer, and more like you.

Whether you're completely new to EFT or have tried it before, this session is designed to help you feel relaxed, supported, and gently guided every step of the way as we welcome in the new year.
Here’s what you can expect during our time together:
✨ A warm welcome – You’ll be greeted into a calm and friendly space where you can settle in, meet other like-minded women, and feel totally at ease.
✨ Gentle grounding practices – We’ll begin with a short guided grounding exercise to help you feel centred and present.
✨ An introduction to EFT – You’ll learn the basics of Emotional Freedom Technique: what it is, how it works, and why it’s such a powerful tool for releasing stress and emotional tension.
✨ A guided group tapping session – I’ll lead you through a tapping sequence designed to soothe stress, calm the nervous system, and bring a sense of lightness and clarity.
✨ Space to reflect and connect – You’ll have time to share (if you’d like), ask questions, and connect with others in a kind, non-judgmental space.
✨ Leave feeling lighter – You’ll walk away feeling calmer, more grounded, and equipped with a simple, effective tool you can use anytime life feels a bit much.
What is EFT?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique — a gentle, powerful practice that involves lightly tapping on specific acupressure points across the face and body. It blends elements of traditional Chinese medicine with modern psychology to help calm the nervous system, release emotional blocks, and bring the body back into a more balanced, peaceful state.
By tapping on these points while focusing on specific thoughts or feelings, we begin to shift the body out of the fight-or-flight stress response. This allows us to safely explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, uncover the root of the issue, and create space for new, more supportive perspectives to emerge.
