Guided meditation or visualisation journey

Sound bath infused with Reiki Healing and Light Language
Immersive sound and energy work to soothe the nervous system, release emotional build-up, and restore balance. The vibrations support deep relaxation while Reiki and Light Language work subtly on an energetic level.
