The Great Get Together

Join us at our free family event celebrating all that unites us as a community. The Great Get Together is a free event for anyone from Epsom & Ewell. The event celebrates all that unites us as a community and is part of the Great Get Together network of events happening across the country during June.

When: Sunday 22nd June 12:30 - 16:30

Where: St Joseph's Church Hall, St Margaret Drive, Epsom KT18 7JQ

Cost: This is a free event, but you can contribute to the work of Good Company by bringing a food donation on the day:

Tinned meat
Tinned fruit
Sugar
Biscuits
Long life juice

Activities: See above for a timetable of events. Activities will run throughout the day for all the family, including:

Sports Field:

Crazy Golf for Adults and Children.
NEAT will be running “beat the goalie”
Rebound Cricket Nets
Target Football
Other games and activities are available, and space for families to bring a picnic

The Hall:

Guess number of sweets in the jar and guess the weight of the cake
Henna art and temporary tattoos
Face painting
Biscuit decorating
Craft tables
Photo booth
Treasure Hunt
Music entertainment includes Brass Band, Ukrainian Choir, Disney Sing Along
Cartoon Characters will be appearing for photo with children

Food (all free of charge):

Cake
Turkish Gozleme
Noah’s Pudding
Afghan Biryani Demonstration and tasting
Ice Cream van with free ice cream for all children.

We have access to the sports field, so please feel free to bring a picnic with you.

*Note parents will be responsible for their children throughout this event. Any under 18’s must attend with a parent or responsible adult.*

*LIMITED AVAILABILITY - Please book a ticket for every attendee, including children.*
