Join us for 3 hours to fix stiff feet and sore wrists. Learn to wake up your arches, protect your joints, and move smoothly with Animal Flow

Move better, from the floor up.

If you often find your wrists aching after a workout, or your feet and ankles feel stiff and "heavy," it’s usually because your body has lost its natural grip on the floor.

Join me for the Ground Based Reset—a 3-hour practical workshop designed to fix those common aches and help you move more smoothly. We are keeping the group small (strictly 15 spots) so I can work closely with everyone in the room.

What we’ll be doing:

  • 🦶 The Feet: We’ll wake up your arches and learn how to use your big toe for balance. No more "flat" feet.
  • 🖐️ The Wrists: I’ll show you how to support your weight without crushing your carpal tunnel. We’ll learn how to "grip" the floor to protect your joints.
  • 🦎 The Flow: We’ll put it all together using Animal Flow, moving slowly and steadily to make sure these new habits stick.

Extra Fuel & Recovery: 🌿🥤 To keep you moving at your best, we’ve teamed up with Zooki and Tropic Skincare.

  • Zooki: We’ll have high-absorption nutrients on hand to keep your energy and joints supported throughout the session.
