Grantown Community Cinema is a not-for-profit based organisation working directly with the YMCA Community Centre.Enjoy film screenings and events in our newly refurbished cinema room, with the latest digital projection equipment and fantastic sound quality. Immerse yourself in a variety of films. From the most recent releases, to those cult classics. Most importantly, every time you visit you are helping to support your community centre and future projects to benefit our small town.

Grantown Community Cinema

A short 30 minute film for younger children.  An activity will also be held prior to the start of the film, please arrive 1/2 hr earlier.

YMCA Community Centre

A mouse goes for a stroll in the forest and encounters various predators. In order to save himself, he uses his wit and makes up a monster named Gruffalo.An activity before the film starts is included in the ticket price. Please ensure that ALL children are accompanied by an adult.This title is rated U and is suitable for all including young children.There will be snacks and drinks available to purchase before the screening - please don&#x27;t bring your own.Please follow all Covid-19 guidelines whilst in the YMCA building.Tickets are non refundable or transferable, entrance after performance start is not permitted. Refunds will only be given if a performance is unable to take place due to technical reasons.
