A gentle morning ritual online to begin the day in regulation and connection with your body. Together, we cultivate more belonging.
The haven is a space where we cultivate our own belonging.
We all carry parts of ourselves that haven't felt welcome, for one reason or another. When left unintegrated, these can turn into anxiety, loneliness, heaviness. They can turn into relationships where we fear we may never be met for who we truly are.
The haven is a space for integration. It's a soft sharing space to practice meeting ourselves with compassion. It works beautifully alongside therapy and other healing modalities to help us make friends with ourselves - and others.
So much opens up when we feel safe in our bodies - our creativity, sensuality, connection, and capacity to enjoy life more fully. Yet slowing down to meet ourselves can often feel like the hardest thing to do amidst the pressures and pace of daily life.
Together, twice-weekly, we practice:
- attuning to the body
- practicing presence over performance
- expanding our capacity to feel and express more of ourselves
This space may support you if you are:
- longing to feel more connected to yourself and others
- moving through grief, neurodiversity, burnout, transition, healing or spiritual awakening
- exploring who you are and how you are in the world
Although this practice is gentle, it doesn't require you to be a certain way - all parts of you are welcome.
Each session includes:
- a gentle check in without judgement
- a guided practice bringing awareness to the body and inviting in gentle movement (sometimes with music)
- an invitation to share your experiences authentically, listening without fixing
This is a space all about regularity, regulation and rewiring. With consistency, we teach our nervous systems that by attuning to ourselves and others, we move forward with alignment and inner peace.
There is also the option to join our WhatsApp group to foster connection and share inspiration, reflections, and encouragement between circles.
No previous experience with somatic work is needed.
All are welcome.
