Is the pressure of feeling like you have to dive straight into things and become the "new you" starting to hit? If we pay attention to nature's rhythms we should still be in our wintering phase - taking care of mind, body and spirit is still important but in gentle ways, letting ourselves gently unfurl and preparing the ground for what we want to come to fruition. This nurturing session will help you take time out to reset, release tensions and busyness and set intentions for how you step forward, embrace new beginnings with increased calm and clarity.
As a Reiki Master and Teacher I draw upon this system of meditation, philosophy and healing to not only provide a deeply relaxing and transformative experience but also to empower you with some principles and techniques you can use within every day life. This is your chance to pause, reset and reflect in a safe and nurturing space.
The session includes meditation, guided self-healing, reflection and intention setting.
Activities can be undertaken seated or lying down. Recommended to bring cushions and blanket and mat if preference is to lie down - anything you wish to be comfy and cozy!
Parking is available in nearby residential areas.
