The high-performance pause

The high-performance pause

Online event
Thursday, Jun 4 from 12 pm to 1 pm GMT+1
Overview

Turn strategic rest into a business asset and prevent burnout.

Your energy is your most precious resource, not a luxury. For any business, burnout is a financial and cultural risk. When self-care is non-negotiable, you can foster a culture of sustainable performance, rather than one of exhaustion.

In this interactive workshop, we’ll be joined by Olga Zilberberg, founder of The Missing Link, to share practical, evidence-based techniques to protect cognitive health and prevent burnout.

We’ll cover:

  • Identifying energy leaks: understanding the difference between time management and energy management
  • Implementing ‘strategic pauses’: ‘micro-resets’ that take less than a minute to help with better decision-making
  • Committing to non-negotiables: create a strategic self-care ‘anchor’ to integrate mindful practices into daily operations.

This will be followed by a Q&A.

If you can’t join live, we’ll send the recording to everyone who registers so you can catch up anytime.

We look forward to welcoming you.
