Plog-olution is headed up by Personal Trainer Dermot Kavanagh and Michelle Parkes and aims to bring together local communities to help clean up the scourge of plastic and at the same time promote healthy living.

Come and join the latest ecofitness trend as we combine running/walking whilst picking up rubbish at the same time.
Plogolution hold global large scale plogs where they encourage local communities to come together to get fit, clean up and make some great friends!
All equipment including gloves, rubbish bags and a free t-shirt are provided, we just ask you to bring your energy and passion for helping to protect the environment from the scourge of litter.
There will be 2 routes available starting and finishing at Vertical Runner; a 3.5 - 4.5 mile run and a 1.5 mile walk.

To be guaranteed a t-shirt, you must register by March 20. We will have a variety of sizes available at the event on a first come first serve basis.
