Throughout the evening, you’ll be gently guided through a journey of calming the body, understanding the mind, and letting go of the tension and emotional weight we so often carry unnoticed.
Together, we combine modern insight into stress, trauma, and the nervous system with holistic healing practices to create a safe and supportive space for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
During the evening, you will experience:
- Grounding breathwork and intention setting
- A powerful talk exploring stress, trauma, and nervous system regulation
- Guided visualisation for emotional release and inner calm
- Deeply restorative sound healing and Reiki
- Time to relax, reflect, and connect with others over drinks and light refreshments
