About the SpeakerVera A. McEwen cultivates curiosity creating an environment that engenders discovery, development, and advancement.She has implemented systems and structures for over 20 years. She successfully led and closed many multi-million dollar projects on-time or ahead of schedule and under or within budget. To achieve this, she created and cultivated environments where individuals, teams, and groups were able to thrive. Her focus is what she calls The Sawubona Effect. Sawubona is a Zulu word meaning “I see you.” even more a tribal word meaning "we see you." The Sawubona Effect adds we hear you, we believe in you, and you matter. She brings the Sawubona Effect to all aspects of her diverse vocation as: speaker, trainer, coach, CranioSacral Therapist, and as the Pastor and founder of Love God Ministries.
