In recent years there has been a growing recognition of the need to change the way construction is undertaken in the UK. To address this, the Government construction strategy ‘Construction 2025’ endorses 3 new models of procurement and delivery.  The most radical of these is the Integrated Project Insurance (IPI) Model.  Kevin Thomas, co-creator of the model, will take you through what makes it so transformational and highlight successes achieved to date. Kevin has been an active member of the Herts &amp; Beds Club since its formation and has delivered some interesting seminars and workshops in the past.For further details please contact marion@rdtarchitects.co.uk
