Your Coach:

I am an Occupational Psychologist, NLP Master Practitioner with over 35 years of experience as a coach and trainer. My passion is helping people to make sustainable changes in how they think, feel and behave to be able to thrive in life.

I practice what I preach and I was an anxious and quiet child, who had a fair few emotional problems. Each year my dad would give me one of the many dairies his clients would give him. I would record: the weather(!), what I did each day including things like watching Starsky and Hutch!

In my early teens I had a number of 5 year diaries which is interesting to look back on each day, but gives you little room to write. Then in my late 20s I decided to start keeping a journal – not a daily record, but a place to process my emotions. This was in the late 1980s before ‘journalling’ became the thing to do. I have continued to write in a journal and I now have shelves of brightly coloured notebooks containing my inner and outer life.

In my long career although I have spoken about journalling and encourage my clients to do so, and many find it useful. I have never written about it in detail or run a webinar on this topic. So, join up today to learn some practical tools and techniques to help you to process your thoughts, moods and find more joy in your life.
