Are the tables for both days?

We have Saturday only, Sunday only and weekend tables available. Weekend tables are slightly discounted.

Question 2

Can I pick my table location?

No - Table location will be allocated a couple of weeks prior to the show and shared on socials. Please note Premium tables will be placed around the edges of the hall. Prime locations at the entrance of the hall are reserved for sponsors.

Question 3

What time is vendor set up?

Accepted Answer

Vendor set-up is available from 7am. Vendors will be expected to be ready to trade for 9am on both days. Sponsor set-up Friday afternoon if required.

Question 4

How Many people can I have work my stand?

Accepted Answer

For 1-2 tables we allow 2 staff members. For  3+ Tables we allow a maximum of 4 staff.

Question 5

Can I bring racking for my table?

Accepted Answer

Yes you are welcome to bring your pull-up banners and racking for behind your table providing that they do not interfere with the vendors behind/next to you or block fire exits. If rear based display space is important to you, we recommend booking a premium vendor table with no one behind.

Question 6

Are Custom Items Allowed to be sold?

Yes - Providing you market them as custom items, vendors found not doing so will be asked to remove the items from their tables.

How Can I become a Sponsor?
