The Lancaster Exchange – The role of universities in the 21st Century
As Lancaster University reaffirms its commitment to the city of Lancaster and the local community through the <A HREF="https://www.lancaster.ac.uk/news/lancaster-university-reaffirms-commitment-to-the-city" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Civic University Agreement</A>, we invite you to join us for The Lancaster Exchange, Lancaster University’s annual public meeting. 
Open to all, The Lancaster Exchange will provide an opportunity to share your ideas on the role of the University within the community on a number of topics, and discuss how we can work together for the benefit of the wider region.
This interactive forum will include panel discussions and roundtable debates on the University's role in Healthy Communities, Heritage and Culture, Economic Development, and Digital and Innovation - providing an opportunity to collaborate on the future of the University.

The roundtable discussions will centre around four distinct topics, and as part of the registration process you will have the opportunity to choose which discussion you'd like to participate in. The discussions will focus on the following topics using this overarching question:
 
- What is the University's role in Economic Development?
- What is the University's role in Healthy Communities?
- What is the University's role in Heritage and Culture?
- What is the University's role in Digital and Innovation?
