The London Django Collective

The London Django Collective was born out of the desire to create a local and innovative forum for musicians influenced by the musical legacy of Django Reinhardt. The Collective remains in the spirit of Django, whilst pushing the genre of Gypsy jazz forward into the vibrant London jazz scene.

This performance features UK jazz violinist Matt Holborn with leading Django style guitarists Harry Diplock and Sol Grimshaw and Londons hardest swingin bassist Simon Read. Playing a mixture of originals, Django compositions and music of the era of the Hot Club de France.
