The Message is a 1976 epic film directed and produced by Moustapha Akkad that chronicles the life and times of  the Prophet Muhammad

<p>An epic historical drama chronicling the life of the Prophet Mohammed, its score was nominated for an Academy Award in 1978 and the film has since taken on a legendary status. The Message will be known by many in the Muslim community. Viewing it with the community on the big screen will be a night to remember!</p><p>*This film is screened as part of the new Sparkbrook Film Festival by Soul City Arts. It takes place between Friday 25th - Sunday 27th October at their warehouse arts venue 'Port Hope'.</p>
