Absolutely. While this workshop is designed with midlife transitions in mind, it’s really for any woman who is feeling a shift, whether in her career, identity, or priorities and is curious about what comes next. If you’re ready to reflect and reset with yourself, you’re in the right place.

Will I have to share personal things in front of others?

Accepted Answer

Only if you feel comfortable doing so. While there will be opportunities for group discussion and reflection, how much you share is completely up to you. This is a supportive and non-judgemental space, and you're encouraged to take part in whatever way feels right.

Is this workshop suitable if I’m going through menopause or perimenopause?

Accepted Answer

Yes, definitely. We’ll be talking about energy shifts, body changes, and identity transitions, all of which are relevant to this stage of life. You'll leave with practical insights, tools, and strategies to support your physical and emotional wellbeing - whatever stage you’re in.

What can I expect from the workshop?

This is a half-day experience made up of four interactive sessions combining physical and reflective work. You’ll explore what's shifting in your life,whether that's your energy, relationships, body, or career, and walk away with greater clarity, direction, and practical tools to move forward.

Will there be refreshments, snacks or food?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Tea, Coffee, light refreshments, as well as healthy snacks and substantial nibbles.

What should I bring or wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear something comfortable that you can move in easily (jeans & t-shirt, jumpsuit, maxi dress). Bring a journal or notebook, a pen, and a water bottle. We’ll provide any other materials you might need.

Do I need to be fit or have experience with exercise to take part?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. The physical elements of the workshop are designed to be gentle and accessible for all fitness levels. They’re about tuning in to your body, not pushing it. You’ll be encouraged to move in a way that feels good for you.

How physical will this workshop be? Do I need to wear gym gear?

Accepted Answer

No gym gear needed! The movement is gentle and grounding. More about reconnecting with your body than breaking a sweat. Think light stretching, breathing, and tuning in. Just wear something comfy that you can move in with ease.
