- Practical tools to use daily to help
- Somatic movements and breathwork
- Understand fight or flight mode
- Deep relaxation and balance your energy
- Activate the Vagus nerve and feel balanced
- Meditation practice/Mindfulness/Reiki
- Get grounded and feel safe again
