What to expect:

  • Understand the nervous system and how to heal it
  • Understand fight or flight mode and reducing burnout
  • Learn how to heal from triggers
  • Techniques to help you reset your nervous system
  • Practical tools to use daily to help
  • Somatic movements and breathwork
  • Understand fight or flight mode
  • Deep relaxation and balance your energy
  • Activate the Vagus nerve and feel balanced
  • Meditation practice/Mindfulness/Reiki
  • Get grounded and feel safe again
