What will we cover week by weekWeek 1 Mind Your Business: Your mindset always needs to be involved in everything
 you do when it comes to your business. From thinking
 about what holds you back to the company you keep, it
 all begins in the mind!

Week 2 Plan Your Business: For small scale start-ups (and larger organisations) the
 Business Model Canvas is a clear, one-page plan to help
 you figure out your business model. Just 9 little boxes can
 help you get to grips with the fundamentals of your
 business.

Week 3 Brand Your Business
: You only get one first chance to introduce your brand for
 the first time. You need to make sure the tone of voice is
 consistent and professional and flawlessly represents the
 vision you have for your brand.
 In this masterclass, you will learn the importance of
 branding in your business and how to create a compelling
 brand identity for your business from defining your
 audience and target market to creating the visual
 elements of your brand.Week 4 Market Your Business: An interactive, practical masterclass, guiding ambitious
 and aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners
(even the self-confessed tech phobics!) through a step-
by-step process to mastering their business marketing
 efforts. It provides an overview of marketing goals in terms
 of your Unique Selling Points, how to create and map out
 your funnel, content plan, and placing everything together
 to create your marketing strategy.

Week 5 Finance Your Business: We'll discuss the most popular ways of financing a small
 business, start to explore which methods may be best for
 you and will investigate the value of having a personal
 budget and how this can influence your sales,
 profit and targets.Week 6 Promote Your Business: Being able to talk about your business in a confident,
 succinct way is really important... especially when you're
 asking for help! The final masterclass will give you the tools
 to do this.Week 7 Celebrate Your Business: A chance to give your pitch a live panel, gain feedback
 on your business and celebrate getting through to the
 end of the course.
