The Nurturing Programme

A 10-week tried and tested programme giving you all the tools to enjoy a happier, calmer parenting journey, whatever the challenges.

The course will help you learn:<ul><li>What appropriate expectations looks like at different ages</li><li>How to develop children's self-esteem and personal identity</li><li>The importance of good emotional health, both in ourselves as parents and in our children, and how to strengthen this</li><li>How having positive relationships with our children support them to build healthy beliefs about themselves and others</li><li>The ages and stages in children's development and how parents can help children solve problems at each of these points.</li></ul>Who is it for?Aimed at parents with children aged 3-12 years old.Dates as followsTuesday January 13th 2026Tuesday 20th January 2026Tuesday 27th January 2026Tuesday Feb 3rdTuesday February10thTuesday February 24th 2026Tuesday March 3rdTuesday 10th March 2026Tuesday 17th March 2026Tuesday 24th March 2026 Please note:These sessions are for parents/carers and other adult family members only.There are no onsite parking facilities Polite reminder:Tickets must be booked for each individual attending the course.
