About this event

Brighty People presents: The People and Culture Forum - Hosted from the Q11 Building at Quorum Park.

Every month we will run workshops on topics that will give you the knowledge and skills you need to attract, develop and retain a productive, engaged workforce.

You will work through activities in groups, giving you a chance to connect with other attendees. There will also be time for chatting, networking and drinking coffee at the start of the event.

(9am breakfast, 9.30-11.30 workshop).

Join Laura Barker, Leadership Coach and Facilitator, to explore what building a coaching culture really looks like in practice — and what it means for the leaders of today and tomorrow.

Together, we’ll uncover how coaching-led leadership fosters trust, curiosity, and growth, and how you can embed these mindsets across your organisation.

You will learn:

  • What a coaching culture looks and feels like
  • How coaching behaviours enhance trust, performance, and innovation
  • Practical ways to develop coaching-led leadership
