Five weeks from April 18-May 16

All of us know what it feels like to deal with circumstances and worries that drag us down and wear us out. Nowadays we may feel that peace is hard to find.

The path to inner and outer peace begins with finding balance and peace for ourselves because we can't bring happiness to others if we aren't happy ourselves. From there we can learn to love more unconditionally -- and with growing acceptance, understanding, and empathy we become more and more resilient. By bringing the path of peace into our lives, we will bring about positive change in our spheres of influence, which are our families, our friend circles, and the groups and communities with which we are connected.

Drolma Centre is a centre for Meditation and Modern Buddhism and offers everyone the opportunity to develop lasting mental peace through mindfulness and meditation. Regular meditation classes are held in Peterborough and Stamford as well as other occasional venues. The Centre and its activities are open to everyone.

 We offer a wide range of meditation classes, courses, events and retreats for all levels from complete beginners to more experienced meditators.
