Join me for this series of mindfulness and meditation sessions designed to help you navigate your daily life with greater calm and clarity. Discover simple, effective practices to help calm a busy mind, ease stress and tension, and` restore energy and resilience. Uncover ways to tap into your own internal resources to support your overall wellbeing.

Mindfulness and meditation are ancient, timeless, yet scientifically validated practices, shown to be of significant value in our modern lives. The practices adapt to you; you'll be encouraged to explore sitting, standing, moving, or lying down, helping you to find your most comfortable way to cultivate calm.
About Your Teacher: I am an Accredited Meditation Teacher (British School of Meditation) and a Certified Mindfulness Teacher. My approach is grounded in over 12 years of dedicated personal practice, shaped by demanding roles in cultural and creative fields, and navigating significant life challenges. This experience informs my sessions, where I share proven tools and techniques to help you reconnect with yourself and cultivate present moment awareness, helping you to release old reactive patterns, and respond with greater clarity, skill, and creativity, even in the middle of life’s difficulties.
Who Are These Sessions For? Everybody is welcome; However, these sessions are most suitable for those with some previous mindfulness or meditation experience. If you are new to mindfulness or meditation, I also offer a 1-2-1 introductory session that you may benefit from booking before your first group session – please contact me to discuss this.
Important Information:
Advance Booking Essential: Spaces are limited, and advance booking is essential to secure your space.
Regular Attendance: You will gain most benefit from attending the sessions regularly.
What to Bring: A yoga mat (if you wish to lie down), blanket, and water bottle for your comfort. Chairs and cushions are provided.
