The Phoenix Way: The Integration workshop

The Phoenix Way: The Integration workshop

Impact Hub YorkshireBradford, England
Overview

Scale with purpose, build resilience, and create a clear leadership plan for sustainable impact.

Growth is meaningless if it costs you your health or dilutes your mission. This session is about scaling with purpose and building a leadership practice that lasts. You will learn to scale your impact without scaling your stress.

  • Scale with Purpose: Is "scale" about reaching more people (breadth) or deeper impact (depth)? We’ll explore models like The Clink Charity, which scales prison rehabilitation through a franchise model without compromising its standards.
  • Build Your Resilience: The sector is facing a burnout crisis. We’ll conduct an "energy audit" inspired by leaders like Seyi Akiwowo of Glitch UK, and equip you with practical tools (like the Focus-Delegate-Delay-Delete matrix) to protect your energy and lead sustainably.
  • Your Leadership Blueprint: Synthesise everything into a one-page Personal Leadership Action Plan, and walk away with a peer support cohort to keep you accountable.

Here’s what you’ll gain:

  • Actionable strategies for innovation that strengthen organisational resilience, not just the bank balance.
  • A clear, mission-aligned plan for sustainable growth that protects your team's wellbeing.
  • Greater personal resilience and a fortified leadership mindset to navigate the challenges ahead.
