<h3>SINGLE - 10:00am &amp; 10:30am WAVE - £25 </h3><p>1 lap of our 4km undulating multi- terrain run route finished off with 25 obstacles on our 1km long outdoor assault course. </p><p></p><h3>DOUBLE - 9:00am &amp; 9:30am WAVE - £30 </h3><p>2 laps of our 4km undulating multi- terrain run route, each one finished off with 25 obstacles on our 1km long outdoor assault course.</p><p></p><h3>UNLIMITED - 8:30am WAVE - £35 </h3><p>Unlimited laps of our 4km undulating multi-terrain run route, each one finished off with 25 obstacles on our 1km long outdoor assault course - 5 hour time limit!</p><p></p><h3>JUNIOR (7-17) - 11:00am WAVE - £20 </h3><p>7-17 year olds; 2.5km run + 25 obstacles. 1 parent/guardian must accompany the participating junior aged 7-12  during the run rute. </p><p></p><h3></h3>
