No preparation is required. All materials will be provided, and the workshop is designed for you to dive right in. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to engage in your own transformation.

How long is the workshop?

The workshop will kickstart at 9:30am and end at 5pm. There will be regular breaks throughout the day. Registration begins from 9am.

Absolutely! After the workshop, you’ll have a one-hour exclusive 1:1 Zoom call to discuss any personal insights, breakthroughs, or challenges. You’ll also be added to a private Facebook group, where you can connect with a supportive community of like-minded individuals on the same journey as you.

This workshop is designed to be a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space for personal growth. There’s no pressure to do anything you’re not comfortable with. You’ll be gently guided through the experience, and you’ll have the chance to reflect privately and at your own pace.
