What does the psychology of Carl Jung reveal about our modern struggles with mental illness and depression? This talk delves into the timeless relevance of Jung’s groundbreaking ideas, from the interplay of ego and self to the shadow, the collective unconscious, and the archetypes that shape our inner worlds.
Jung described himself as an empiricist, grounded in evidence, and his work continues to resonate powerfully in the 21st century. Through the lens of his concepts—such as the animus, anima, and the journey of individuation—we’ll explore how symbolic creations from individuals grappling with these ideas illuminate the path to personal growth and wholeness.
Join us for a compelling journey into Jung’s psychology, enriched by vivid examples of how his theories come to life, offering fresh insights into our deepest fears, desires, and potential.
Doors open at 7pm, talk starts at 730pm - come down early to grab a good seat!
