The Recruitables Celebration and Learning Event

Jubilee CentralKingston upon Hull, England
Monday, Jan 26, 2026 from 12:30 pm to 3 pm GMT
Overview

Join professionals and Care Experienced Young People to celebrate impact, reflect on learning, and build what comes next in Hull.

Join us for the Recruitables Celebration and Learning Event on 26th January, bringing together employers, professionals from across Hull, Care Experienced Young People, and partner organisations.

This event will celebrate the progress made through the Recruitables Project and reflect on the learning from our co-designed research, developed alongside our Action Research Partner. We will share insights into what supports positive employment outcomes for Care Experienced Young People and highlight the value of working in partnership with them.

For employers, the event offers practical learning on inclusive recruitment, supporting workforce diversity, and strengthening Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) practice, while also contributing to social value commitments. Attendees will hear how engaging with Care Experienced Young People can support recruitment goals, develop talent pipelines, and create meaningful social impact.

The event will also provide space to strengthen connections, share learning across sectors, and shape shared next steps for supporting Care Experienced Young People in Hull. We would be delighted if you could join us to celebrate achievements, learn together, and help shape what comes next.
