“It exceeded all expectations and actually gave me the tools and strategies to succeed where I want.” University student, 2023
Why take part?
• Make new connections and form new friendships (with like-minded people)
• Discover a new way of thinking about yourself and your time at university
• Get motivated and find your focus
How does it work?
Delivered using a group-coaching model, our experienced trainers will lead you through 4 key areas of the workshop, which are designed to have you think about things through a new lens.
Connection
Get the opportunity to connect with other students in a genuine, authentic way, and build a network of supportive, like-minded individuals.
Expectations vs Reality
Sometimes, things don’t turn out like we expect them to, which can lead to feelings of disappointment, uncertainty, and frustration. We’ll explore how you can approach these situations in a more empowering way.
Goal Setting
We’ll give you a chance to reflect on some goals, big or small, and break them down into actionable steps - considering what is needed in order to achieve them.
Support
What services are there at university? Do you use them? We’ll have you think about what gets in the way of people utilising the support around them and identify which support systems are available to you as students that could improve your university experience.
