The RA specialises in working with parent[s] that maintain denial of perpetration of injuries despite findings of the court to the contrary. The approach provides a unique framework for assessing the possibility of returning children to parents’ care where denial would, under traditional social work methods, rule the parents out.Join Charlotte Worsley Head of Family Team, Victoria James and Natalia Perrett from Park Square Barristers as they explain how this approach has been used successfully in their cases and its limitations.The seminar will be held on Zoom.
