Enjoy two yoga sessions over the course of the day - an invigorating morning practice to echo the uplifting energy of spring, and a restorative afternoon practice to tune into the more gentle unfurling and renewal of the season

Explore the incredible beauty and diversity of nature right on our doorstep in the South Downs. Waterhall Rewilding Centre is the perfect place to practice gentle meditation and reconnection, a calming balm for mind and body

Delicious Healthy Lunch

Join Mimi for a chat about nutrition, with ideas shared from her books written with Dr Michael Mosley about 5:2 intermittent fasting. Discover how fasting can support health, well-being and longevity (don't worry, there will be plenty to eat!)


Breathwork & Yoga Nidra

In our busy world, yogic breathing practices (pranayama) offer an opportnity to be fully in the present moment. The retreat closes with the rest and relaxation of Yoga Nidra, the calming space between sleep and wakefulness
