Embrace a restorative approach to your wellbeing and join us for an insightful panel talk with experts who take a fresh look at how we take care of ourselves, in partnership with 5x15.The new year is often met with narratives of discipline and guilt; of wiping the slate clean and starting again. But our wellbeing also depends upon nurturing and replenishing what we already have, on restoration as much as reinvention. As part of our RESTORE Campaign, on the 28th of February from 6pm - 8pm, we will host The RESTORE Panel, a new co-production between Fenwick and 5x15, illuminating what it means to be healthy in body and mind, and explores how we can treat ourselves with greater kindness.Hosted by award-winning author and broadcaster Claudia Hammond, we’ll hear from four expert speakers in the areas of nutrition, mental health, movement and sleep, who will discuss the importance of self-care, and offer insights into how we can better nourish ourselves in continually testing times. An antidote to the ‘new year, new you’ mentality, don’t miss this timely and insightful conversation. It's time for self-kindness, it's time to Restore.Our HostClaudia Hammond is an award-winning broadcaster and author who shares the ways that psychological and medical research can help us in our everyday lives. Claudia is the presenter of several podcasts and radio shows including All in the Mind on BBC Radio 4 which covers psychology, neuroscience &amp; mental health and the weekly global health show Health Check on BBC World Service. Her new book, The Keys to Kindness, is about the power of being kind to others and ourselves, and how kindness can enhance our mood.The PanellistsHannah Critchlow is an internationally-acclaimed neuroscientist with a background in neuropsychiatry. Best known for demystifying the human brain on regular radio, TV and festival platforms. She regularly appears on the BBC TV and Radio, most recently as Science Presenter in Family Brain Games with Dara Ó Briain. Her book The Science of Fate, published in May 2019, made The Sunday Times Bestseller list.Madeleine Shaw is a leading voice on the wellness scene, a nutritional therapist, qualified yoga instructor and best-selling cookery writer. Over the last six years she has transformed a simple food blog into a wellness community, posting inspiring content across her channels to help her fans to 'Get The Glow’ by taking a balanced and holistic approach to their health.Dr. Rupy Aujla is an NHS medical doctor whose life was changed when he suffered a significant heart condition. Since learning more about nutritional medicine and doing a deep dive into the literature he was able to reverse his condition using a food and lifestyle approach. In 2015 he started the Doctor’s Kitchen as a way of teaching everybody how they can cook their way to health and to showcase the beauty of food and medicinal effects of eating and living well.Nicola Elliott is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of luxury wellbeing brand NEOM Organics. After spending seven hectic years working 60 hour weeks as an editor for Glamour magazine, Nicola noticed her wellbeing was being affected by the demands of modern life. This realisation kick started Elliott’s wellbeing journey and she launched NEOM in 2005 - Since its launch, helping people get better sleep has been part of their mission, recently releasing their Perfect Night’s Sleep Plan.As part of our RESTORE campaign, The RESTORE Panel will take place in February in Fenwick of Bond Street and is curated in partnership with 5x15.
