This half-day training is designed for those responsible for HR processes, including managers, in their organisation.

This short session (2.5 hours) is designed to provide practical advice and tips that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

The main objectives of this session are to develop a broad understanding of:

  • what a grievance is
  • the reasons for grievances
  • the principles of constructive unfair dismissal
  • managing a grievance process
  • carrying out a grievance hearing
  • recognising possible outcomes
