The Sacred Line : A Jaw-Hip Release Workshop

The Sacred Line : A Jaw-Hip Release Workshop

Live Love YogaBangor, Northern Ireland
Sunday, Jan 25, 2026 from 12 pm to 2 pm GMT
Overview

Through guided self-massage, hip opening, breathwork, and somatic awareness, you’ll learn how to soften tension in the jaw + hips

As above : So below

Did you know your jaw & hips are deeply connected? There’s a deep fascia line that runs between the jaw and the pelvis, meaning tension in one affects the other. Both the jaw and pelvis are key to expression - verbal & physical - when we suppress these expressions the areas become tight, storing stress, trauma & emotional tension.

The Sacred Line is a jaw–hip release workshop exploring the powerful connection between your jaw, diaphragm, hips, and pelvic floor. Through guided self-massage, hip opening, breathwork, and somatic awareness, you’ll learn how to soften chronic tension above and below—creating spaciousness, softness and a sense of jaw-hip freedom.

You’ll learn:

  • how to release jaw tension through self-massage including intra-oral massage
  • hip and pelvic softening techniques that support jaw ease and whole-body alignment
  • breathwork to regulate the nervous system, reduce clenching, and unwind holding patterns
  • a simple take-home routine to maintain jaw and hip ease in daily life

This offering is ideal for anyone who struggles with jaw clenching or TMJ issues, hip tightness, stress-related tension, or who is curious about the body’s deeper fascial and energetic connections.

Investment: £65 per person - includes light refreshments, take-home prop and guide.

This workshop is not suitable for anyone that has TMJ joint dislocation, facial nerve pain, dizziness/nausea or arthritic jaw pain. By booking this workshop, you confirm you do not have any of the above medical conditions.
