About this event

  • 1 hour

A simple smile creates harmony in relationships and heals societies. An inner smile promotes harmony within the body and creates health in body and mind. Through the methodology of science and spiritual practices, this talk will explore the roots of a happy and meaningful life and how this can be practically applied.

Dr Prashant Kakoday is based in Cambridge and has a background in surgery and integrated health. His main interest is in the relationship between the psyche, emotions, behaviour and health. He has spoken on these subjects in many countries and institutions, including the W.H.O. and the Medical Teaching Program in the U.S.A.

Organized by

Inner Space Cambridge is an initiative of Brahma Kumaris (UK), which teaches Raja Yoga as a way of experiencing peace of mind and a positive approach to life.
