We are a Chartered Assocition of Sport and Exersice Sciences (CASES) endorsed programme.
Across three modules (dates above), you will explore how your personal patterns, experiences, and strategies shape your practice and performance in sport settings.
Module One: Personal Patterns in Work 🔍
Explore how you show up in working relationships and the impact this has on your practice. This module will cover:
- 🤝 The dynamics of working relationships, including transference and countertransference
- ⚡ Patterns of motivation, stress, and coping
- 💭 How personal beliefs shape your approach to practice
Module Two: How I Have Become 🌱
Reflect on your journey and the factors that have shaped who you are today. This module will explore:
- 🌐 Core human needs and how their fulfilment or frustration influences us
- 🎯 How drivers and triggers impact performance and wellbeing
- 🔗 The links between needs, drivers, triggers, and coping behaviours
Module Three: Development Planning 🛠️
Translate self-awareness into action by building a personalised plan for sustainable performance. This module will focus on:
- 📝 Applying insights from Modules One and Two to your practice
- 📚 Evidence-based strategies for self-management and wellbeing
- 🚀 Clear steps towards ongoing development and impact
